Percent to Goal Formula - Help Please

Is there someone out here that can help me .....

I have a set goal of between 600-630 seconds. What I'm trying to do come up with is a formula that tells me what percent I am at if I'm under 600 or over 630.

Any help would be emmensly appreciated.

Hi, Perhaps:-

=IF(A1<600,A1/600*100,IF(A1>630,((A1/630)-1)*100))
