You folks have been VERY helpful to me with these forumlas, now I have another.

I have 3 columns with number of forms processed, # of forms that were complete and # of forms that were incomplete. What I want to show in a seperate column is the % of incomplete forms from the total processed.

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Assuming you are using column A, B, and C and you want the # of C out of B+C, I would put :

=c/b

now, if you want a total percentage, you'd have to do something like

=sum(c:c)/sum(a:a)
