I am looking for a formula to help me track performance on my stocks.
Cell A1 is an established value that never changes, but the cell below it (A2) changes as my stock value changes.

I need the following 2 new cells
- Cell A3 will provide the difference between A1 and A2 in dollars (if A3 is a positive number, it needs to be black, but if it is a negative number it needs to indicate a loss (red, or minus sign or something indicitive)
- Cell A4 will provide the difference between A1 and A2 in percentage. (if A4 is a positive number, it needs to be black, but if it is a negative number it needs to indicate a loss (red, or minus sign or something indicitive)
