Percentage Differences

I have two columns of figures. Column A is the selling price of a product and column B is my buying price. I need column C to show me the difference between the two as a pecentage and at the bottom of column C, I need it to show an average percentage difference between the two.

Depends if you want the difference calculated as a percentage of Buy Price or Sell Price both solutions provided below.

Formula in C2 (copied down to C4) is:
=(A2-B2)/B2
D2 (copied down to D4) is:
=(A2-B2)/A2
C5 (copied across to D5) is:
Edit: =AVERAGE(C2:C4)

All these results cells formatted as percentage.

Edit: Just make sure this is the 'Average' that you want. The 'Average' will be different if you total the Selling and Buying Prices and then calculate the percentage difference on these two totals.
