Percentage Formula Question

I’m looking for a single formula that would give me the results in column C, particularly when A=0.

=B2/A2 produces #DIV/0 if A=0

=IF(A2=0,0,B2/A2) produces 0% if A=0

I want to highlight when I have some but don’t want any. I manually entered the 300%. Basically, IF A=0,B*100%, otherwise B/A

Thanks in advance.

Ken

When A is 0, a percentage is meaningless--undefined. But here is what you're asking for so I'll give it to you:

IF A=0,B*100%, otherwise B/A
You have basically written the formula. I'm not sure what is giving you trouble:
Excel Formula:
=IF(A2=0,B*100%,B2/A2)
