I've got a trading spreadsheet that records my gains/losses from individual trades.

I would like a cell that shows me my average percentage gain and another show me my average percentage loss.
That way I can fine tune my stop loss positioning. I don't mind if I have more losing trades, as long as the overall winning trades are returning a higher percentage.

Does anyone have a formula or idea how I could achieve this result?

Many thanks!

(Pic showing that my wins are usually higher than my losses. Just want some data to show this in percentage/numerical form)
