Hello Everyone,

I have a graph where each bar represents a percentage value of how often a risk appears in a particular geographic area. I'd like to be able to present these percentages across all areas (which is easy enough) then use a slicer to hone in on particular areas. The problem is that when the slicer is used, the bar graph value shows the percentage of that risk in relation to the total across all areas in stead of just that particular area. For Example:

Mental Health may appear 75% of the times in total but when I slice to Area 1, the value will change to something like 15% because Area 1 represents 15% of the grand total across all areas. In reality what I want it to show is the percentage of how often Mental Health appears in Area 1 itself (which would be something like 85%).

Can anyone help?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
I managed to accomplish my goal by creating another column that calculates the percentage within a given area. I was hoping that there was an easier way to do this so if anyone any other ideas, please feel free to share.
