Percentage

I have 2003 Excel and I am calculating numbers from 2008 and 2009 which I have done, but now I need to know the percentage difference how do I do that?

If you have the 2008 figure in A2 and 2009 figure in B2 then in C2

=B2/A2-1

format as percentage
