Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

close minus the low 0.01514
high minus the low 0.02396

0.01514 divided by 0.02396 =0.6318864774624 thus 63% am i correct

i did this to check

A1 = 10, B1 - 1, that has to be 10% as =B1/A1
I plugged your numbers in the way you said them
A2 0.01514, B2 0.02369 and dragged the formula down which provides me with 632% seems wrong to me, I'd have to play with it a bit
