Percentages changing to decimel values

How can I keep a value as a percentage in a chart from changing to a decimel value when I am copying the chart to a new book. It looks fine when I copy it but when I open it back up it has changed from a percentage to a decimel. This is occuring in the data table.

Data tables are not very flexible or easy to modify.

I would suggest putting your inset chart above a data range in excel and using that like a data table.
