perform actions to a bunch of files through vba

Hi all!

I have many files (over 1000) in a directory, to which I want to make some (and same) changes:

open them, clear a certain sheet ("sheetX") and copy/paste the data from another file ("FileX") to this sheet.

I am wondering if I can do this through vba...

Could you please help me a bit with code?
