I have data that is grouped by weeks of a period. PD5Wk4 refers to period 5 week 4. It is relative easy to show data on a dashboard for a 1 week period (WTD or Week-to-date). However, I am not sure how to write the formula that will show cumulative data. For instance, I need to show period-to-date (PTD) data or year-to-date (YTD) data. So if I use a dropdown list to select PD5Wk4 (that is, period 5 week 4),that information will show in Culumn E. I would also like to show period-to-date PD5Wk4, meaning I need to be able to add PD5Wk1, PD5Wk2, PD5Wk3, and PD5Wk4 together to show a rolling total in column I. Lastly, I would like to keep up with Year-to-date totals in column M. Keep in mind that each weeks data include a column that shows Sales, Labor Cost, Food Cost, Controllables, Non-controllables, and Field Contribution (profit). Any help would be most appreciated.
