Persistent Formating Problem

I am haveing a problem with Excel that I think may be a bug and I am wondering how to fix it. Whenever I edit a formula of any kind, and press enter to leave the cell, that cell no longer displays the formula results, but the formula itself. I have tried every formating option I can think of to get the spreadsheet to display the results instead and it just doesn't work. Is there a bug fix to this somewhere.

I am using Excel 2002 SP3 if that helps.

Please Help!!!

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Update

OK I have an update. I am copying over a Quickbooks Report, and it seems to only have trouble when the formula is refering to that sheet. Why would it do that? And how can I change it?
