Personal.xls file

Somehow I have made it so that every time I open Excel, my personal.xls file opens... How can I make this not happen any more?

Welcome to the board

It normally opens by default but is hidden, if you can see it then use

Windows > Hide

to hide it then, when you quit excel, save changes to personal.xls when prompted

I would try to explain that I knew it would be this easy and I'm really not this excel-challenged but you probably wouldn't believe me, so I'll just say
