Personal.XLSB path got changed, how to direct Excel back to the correct location?

I screwed up, I know... I let IT try to fix something on my computer and not only can they not fix it, they fooked up my computer even more in the process. You'd think after 5 years I'd learn, but noooo.

This morning, my Personal.XLSB file's path changed from C:\Users to C:\Documents and Settings.

Is there someplace in the settings that I can tell Excel where the file is really located?
