On day 1 using Excel 2007 I used pgdn and the spreadsheet moved down a fixed number of rows. The next day using Excel 2007 I used pgdn and the spreadsheet moved down an 3 additional rows.
How can I change the number of rows pgdn and pgup move to be a fixed number I desire.

You misunderstand. I'm not trying to change the number of rows in pgdn or pgup.
It changed by itself from one day to the next.
So what I'm looking for is a method to fix the number of rows it will move and be the same from day to day.
It will scroll more rows if you hide the ribbon, fewer rows if you expand the formula bar or restore the window down. Either way, it scrolls one page up or down.
