Physical window size of Excel?

Is there any way to save the physical window size of Excel per file. Example being when I open file a the window size might be 8.5x11 and when I open file b it will be 11x17. I know these are paper sizes and not pixel sizes but you get the point. I want excel to remember the size of a file when I reopen it later.

Is this possible?
