Picklist - Data Validation

I've created a list and "name defined" this list as picklist.

I am then using data - validation - list option to allow me a drop-down menu, however, I only seem to be able to get 14 names and not the 30 that I need.

Am I missing a setting somewhere or are the lists restricted to 14?

Many thx

Gary

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Sounds like your range is only reading 14 lines

to resolve

Insert > Name > Define

Define the range where your list is, or extend as required

I have no idea then, sorry

I dont think validation lists are limited to a certain number of rows.....

Could be wrong?

Yes, it seem's quite strange.

I've tried re-defining the name, tried calling it something else, re-sorted the data and still only 14 names on the list?

Thanks for the help.
