Picklist that drives another pick list

What I am trying to do.
I have a form created in Excel and I want a second list to appear based on what is selected in the first list.
e.g.
2nd list - A list of locations around the world 9several hundred)
1st list - A list of countries.

If the user selects US I only want the second list to show location in US
If user selects China in first list i only what the second list to show locations in China.

Can anyone help?
