picture in a cell

Hi,
I like to link a picture to a cell from a folder. Is that possible raher then inserting a picture?

Insert>hyperlink choose existing file or webpage on the left. Select your folder with the picture, and then select the picture.

Would you like to see a picture in a comment? You can format a comment to contain a picture. When someone selects that cell a picture will be displayed. http://www.contextures.com/xlcomments02.html#Picture How many pictures are you planning on adding?

I like to see the picture in the cell at all times. I would like it to be part of a function =c:\test.jpg & A19&". "&INDEX(Text!$A:$A,A19). Basically it should show the picture and then the text. This was my first thought but mayby i need to use two fields to achieve that.
