Picture resizes when I run a macro

Hi All

I have an invoicing system as a project. I have multiple entities that need to be invoiced by other entities. I have set up one single invoice for the sake of uniformity and when my macro runs, it selects the appropriate letterhead from each company. When I run my macro by pressing F8 and doing it all step by step it works perfectly, but when I run the macro as it will be, it shrinks the letterhead down to a minimal size and its illegible.

For picture properties I have tried all the different possibilities. I have tried all combinations:
ticking / unticking the 'Lock aspect ratio'
ticking / unticking the 'Relative to original picture size'
manually entering the Height/Width
Properties:
all 3 options - Move & size with cells / Move but don't size with cells / Don't move or size with cells
and tick / untick Locked

I am hoping it will be an easy fix that I have overlooked somewhere, any help will be appreciated. It will be quite tedious to set up 30 invoices and the macros to go along with them all.

Thanks
