Hi,

Is there a way using which I can convert an image to an actual (x, y) axis points that I can use for further analysis. What I am trying to basically do is some pattern recognition based on images to find similarity.

Like for example an empty screen (with a black background) with an object, can I somehow use Excel VBA to extract all pixel locations mapped on a plot and basically get an extract of where those pixels are in terms of dimensions in an excel sheet.

I am not sure whether such a thing is possible but I just wanted to check with the experts.

Thanks,
Akber.
