Hello Board,
I have a excel file with 10 pictures copied to it. I want to take each individual picture and save it so I can use it in a excel comment as a pop-up. I've gotten the instruction on creating picture pop-ups in excel from the MrExcel website, now I need to know how to do it with some pictures I already have on an excel spreadsheet. I was hoping I could select the pic and do a right-click and then save as, but save as isn't an option whenever I select the picture.....I hope someone can help....you always do. Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Have you tried Alt + Print Screen

With the spreadsheet open, R-click on one of the pictures, go to Edit, Copy, and copy it to the Windows clipboard.
Now open MS Paint, from your Accessories Programs in the Start Menu.
Once that is open, paste the item from you clipboard into MS Paint.
Save it as a .bmp, using a filename to suit.

At this time, you should save again, as a .jpg, .giff. or .tiff (.bmps are usually quite large) or if you have the ability through a 3rd party graphics program, reduce the file size to something more managable.

There probably is an easier way, but this is the only one I'm familiar with.

Hope that helps,
