Pie Chart

I am thinking that a pie chart would be my best option for this problem but am not sure. Even if so, I am not sure how to make it work. I have a spreadsheet that I will be using to track the inspections of a safety director. There are 4 locations, and each location should be inspected 12 times a year. I have this laid out with each location on a row and the columns showing as the date of inspection and inspectors initials. I am wanting to create a chart which will visibly portray what percentage of visits have already been completed. Any ideas on how to do this? I would be more than appreciative for any guidance you may offer. Thanks!

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
I believe a simple column chart should do the trick. Creata a column chart from this datasheet...the formula column on far right is the only column you will display on chart.
I am assuming that this data sheet will be for a single inspector (hence a simple COUNTA function within formula).
