Hello All,

This is probably a pipe dream, but Excel has surprised me before so here goes nothing...

I would love it if I could pull prices off PDFs (Bluebeam) and have them automatically entered into the correct Excel cells.

I would streamline a lot of manual entry.

Here's an example of a purchase order with prices. I would use the Merchandise Total value.

Example Quote.PNG

Is there any way to do this?

Many thanks!

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
You can download a PDF to excel by using Power Query called Get and Transform Data in your version and found on the Data Tab. Once in PQ, you can manipulate the data as needed and then bring what ever data is required into native Excel.

Thank you for that video and comment.

Is this the best way to prevent endless copy and pasting from PDF to Excels?
