Piviot Table - Hiding Pivot Table Options

Hi,

I have built a pivot table, and want to hide certain Report Filter options. For example if the Report Filter contained Option 1,2,3,4,5, I want to know how to hide option 5, so the user can only select option 1,2,3,4.

I could easily do this in 2003, but am not sure how to do this in excel 2007.
