I am using 2007.

I have a set of data I am trying to display with a Pivot chart. I have a report filter for different departments and my horizontal data is dates, vertical is number of tickets opened per day.
When i change the department, the dates when no ticket was opened goes away. I want to see everyday.

Ex. filtered by (All departments)

September 1 / 11 tickets
September 2 / 2 tickets
September 3 / 5 tickets

Filter by IT department

September 1 / 2 tickets
September 2 / 0 tickets
September 3 / 1 ticket

My chart will hide September 2 with the IT filter selected. I want the chart to show September 2 with a zero value.
This is a stacked column chart.

Thanks!

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Thanks!

Now i am having a different problem.

When I show items with no data, it is showing too much.

I have dates listed with day and weekday, "9 Friday" that is linked to September in my data. My table also has multiple months and now every day is showing in every month, when 9 friday is only in September. why is it showing data that is linked with September in the other months?
