I need help in creating a pivot chart displaying the total revenue expected per month over all jobs.

The data would need to be subtotaled per phase to get the correct data but I want to quickly capture it in a pivot chart.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
@ch33748 , okay,well... I understand you need to manipulate numbers and so forth to work out logistics and projects. But, that should be done outside of your reporting data. What do you do with your information after you are satisfied with how you have worked the numbers for each project?

Maybe its just a formula that is needed.

If the cell falls within a date range, then I would like to calculate the "PER DAY REV" by number of days within that date range.

which cell are you wanting to compare the date ranges to? Although, I do not see any reason to use a cell to compare a date if you already have the date ranges, unless you have a date somewhere that says "Expenses on this day".

A formula to calculate Revenue per day would be:
Excel Formula:
=Revenue / (DateEnd - DateStart + 1)

(If you don't need revenue on day 1 then don't use the "+1".

And which cell has the value that is to be divided.
