I have a database of monthy performance figures for doctors performing telephone triage. I have produced a pivot chart that allows me albeit rather clumsily to show an individual doctors performance against company average. I have done this by labelling one of the doctors as 'doctor average' I therefore have a chart with Dr average and Dr Smith side by side. Is there a better way of doing this? I would like to be able to format Dr Smith so it was visually compelling. Once done the individual reports are emailed to the doctor. Can anyone help?
