Pivot Chart problem

I have a rather large database that I am making statistical changes to after viewing my pivot chart of the filtered data. The problem is that the filters cannot be removed because theyre filtering on data that I want to ignore (insignificant). When I scroll through different data points in the filter and I get to the ones I want to ignore, I get a blank pivot chart. When I go to the next one that I wish to look at, my lines are undone (had 5 lines in the chart, with three on a secondary axis and these three revert to the primary and I have to change it to secondary everytime this happens).

Any suggestions?
