Pivot Crunching -- Fill Down

The question that has been burning me is a quick way to fill down the sub-total descriptions.

In many cases, I am making a Pivot Table as an intermediate step and the descriptions need to be filled in so I can do more actions. I built a macro to do the fill-down but was hoping there is an intruction I missed somewhere.

Not sure I understand this clearly, but there is a way in the field settings to show the field title on each row...

Can you use the html maker and show a sample of the current vs a sample of the desired to make it more clear?
