Pivot Data in a Particular format

I want a Pivot table report to be presented & exported as a separate excel file.

Example :-

The pivot report gives me

Date Doc. No. Customer Name Product Sold Qty

I want it all the output in the format below:-


[Company logo & address Image]

Doc. No. [Pivot data] Date : [Pivot data]


Customer Name : [Pivot data]


S.No. Product Quantity
1. [Pivot data] [Pivot data]
2. [Pivot data] [Pivot data]
3. [Pivot data] [Pivot data]



[other company seals & signature Images]


I need this in separate excel file for all [pivot data - Doc. Numbers]

Your Format is not clear.

You can use xl2bb addin available in the righht hand side of reply column-->Download it ---->and double click.
Once you double click you will get a Mr Excel Tab in excel and just select the format layout and press capture range and ---.Generate output
