I'm using Excel 2007 and have two pivot tables on seperate worksheets linked to the same datasource on another worksheet within the same workbook. On (pivot table 1), I want to group the information weekly with the dates under the column field so it shows me a range of 7 days at a time. On (pivot table 2), I want to group the pivot table by month and limit the filter to only showing me the current month.
However, when I create this second pivot and group it to monthly, it also changes the first pivot I created to group it monthly as well, which I want to remain as weekly.
Without having to create two data sources with the exact same data on different worksheets, how do i solve this problem?
