Hey guys,

I got two columns: Goods delivered and Goods sold.

I got a pivot table with the articles, now I want to have the % of Goods sold compared to Goods delivered.

I am operating in Excel 2003.

What do I have to do?

Thanks in advance!

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
You could add another column next to the pivot table with a formula along the lines of:

=goods sold/goods delivered

It wouldn't be a part of the pivot table, but when the values in the table change the formula would recalculate as well. Hope this helps.

You can create a calculated field in the pivot table using the same formula.

The thing is, article might be apple and I got green and red apples, so I want the total for every apple sold divided by total for every apple delivered.

You can create a calculated field in the pivot table using the same formula.

Googling got me the answer. Thanks, sir!
