Hi all,

I have a pivot table question.

I have two columns of data. One is Contacted column with the sum of the number of people contacted listed according to the row label. Column two is a list of responses. I need a third column which will tell me the pecentage of responses.

e.g.

sum of Contactedsum of Responses% (example)

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Insert a calculated field. Select a cell in the pivot table, and on the Excel Ribbon, under the PivotTable Tools tab, click the Options tab. In the Calculations group, click Fields, Items, & Sets, and then click Calculated Field. Type a name for the field % of responses for example. Then insert the relevant fields into the formula bar
The formula = Sum of Responses/Sum of Contacted Then format the column as %
