I have preapred a pivot report with option of first row field 'name of customer' being automatic hence giving subtotals. And for presentation sake I have opted for collapse option as each customer has two sub acoount codes (each for machinery & spares).
Now I have also mentioned my comments for some customers in column outside the report.
The problem starts that as a particular customer field is expanded, the report gets expanded by two rows and comments for customers below that particular customer also come come alongside that customer.
I wish I can get advice how to fix this. Is it possible that comments also become part of pivot report.
