Hai

I need help on how to do calculation in pivot table, data example as below

I want in pivot table add column to make variance between exp. fy 12 less fy 13 by account, fy 14 less fy 15 etc.

thank in advance on this, I really need help on this.

This is what I have done

Insert a PivotTable
-in Row Labels, drag FY field
-in Values, drag Amount - it shows as Sum of Amount
-in Values, drag Amount a second time - it shows as Sum of Amount 2

Right-click any value in Sum of Amount 2, select Value Field Settings and change the following: in Show Values As tab, select Difference From in the dropdown. The Base field should be FY and the Base Item should be (previous)
