Pivot table - allow only one item from report filter.

Hi, I have a pivot table with months in rows and years in columns (not really relavent I think)

This table has a few report filter, one of them being names of persons, there are about 10 names. John , jane , tom ,.. ans ome others.

Is it possible to to create another from this one where John for example can view his "stats" and no other stats? Or is it possible to set the report filter to John and lock it?
