Pivot Table and 3D Referencing Problems

Hi all,
I have a Pivot Table problem. Excel 2010. I go into the Pivot Table wizard (alt+d+p), select multiple consolodation ranges, manually selecting my named tables from several worksheets in this same workbook, and I get a fully functioning Pivot Table. Good. However, what I really want to do is use a 3D reference (Sheet1:Sheet10!$A$1:$B$30) for these tables from multiple worksheets because later I will have to copy and delete worksheets within this specified range of worksheets. I don't want to have to go into the pivot table wizard every time and reselect the tables that were added, but rather, be able to refresh the pivot table and have the newly added sheets referenced. So far, using a named 3D reference and inserting the 3D reference directly in the wizard, have not worked. Any ideas?
