Hi,

I have a pivot table and chart linked to a named table which imports data from an Access database. It was recently refreshed but the new data isn't showing in the pivot table or chart (the old data is still there).

It is showing in the slicers I have but is greyed out and when I select them the chart contains no data.

I have tried refreshing the pivot table but that hasn't helped.

Can anyone think what the issue is?

Thanks

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
I'd double-check the source data for the pivot table is still what it should be.

Hi Rory,

Thanks, the source data is the correct table.

This is very strange... I have tried to recreate the pivot table, chart, etc in a new workbook and I get exactly the same issue.

Can you post the workbook somewhere for me to have a look at?

It looks ok to me after refreshing. Can you give me a specific example of what is wrong?

Hi Rory, the slicers are greyed out for the new data and when I select one the chart is blank. See attached. Thanks

Clear all the slicer filters first.
