Pivot Table - average calculations

Hi,

In columns B:M I have the sales of a long list of products for each of the 12 months in 2019 in a Pivot Table. So, for example, the Sales for product AAA for January 2019 are in B2 and those for December 2019 are in M2.

Can someone please tell me how to add columns to the Pivot Table that will calculate the average sales for each product to 31/12/2019 for the 3 month and 6 month periods. For example, the 3 month statistic will be calculated using the values for 31/10/2019, 30/11/2019 and 31/12/2019.
