I have data that lists transactions with the product name, revenue, and cost. I make a pivot table, no problem. I try to add a calculated field to the table: Profit=Revenue-Cost. The answer I get treats the revenues numbers as if they are all 0's. The original data is formatted as numbers. What am I missing? Thank you so much!

Re: Pivot Table Calculatged Column Not Working

Great Idea! ... but, alas, it comes back True. Any other ideas? ... or may I send you the spreadsheet? ... it is small and I am using it for a class that I am teaching. Thank you so much!!!
