I have created a calculated field in a pivot table to show the difference between "contracted hours" and "average hours actually worked" but all the results show zero. The calculated field is based on ='Contract Hours'-'Total Hours' (I have tried the sum the other way around as well and still zero) and the column is formatted to Time. Does anyone know what I am missing please?
