Pivot Table Calculated Fields

Is there a way to sum to values of a Pivot item, not 2 pivot items.
I have a pivot field called Region. The Value for the Region are going to be UKNorth, UKSouth, & DE. With a Total sales as another field
I would like to Sum the Total sales of the 2 UK items.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Either group the two items, or create a calculated item (not Field).
