I have a Pivot Table with several Calculated Items I use to examine monthly accumulated expenditures vs budget. The problem is that by using the Calculated Items, when I filter using my Page Field, it continues to show rows containing zero results, i.e., the Calculated Items continue to show up with zero results for zero data. Therefore, the Pivot Table is always the same size regardless of my filtering. Is there a way to eliminate the rows of zero data when using Calsulated Items? Has anyone come up with a clever VBA procedure for doing this. I'm willing to put one together if that's the only work-around. Thanks in advance for any help . . .
