Good afternoon,

I have a pivot table that pulls 2 sets of figures through and they are read as % of Column Total
Is there anyway I can get "Sum of Movement %" to just minus the 2 percentage values. ie so the answer should be -0.13%

Monday - Current = % of Column Total
Monday - 7 = % of Column Total
Sum of Volume = Calculated Field (Monday Current - Monday -7)
Sum of Movement = Calculated Field (Monday Current % - Monday - 7%)

I am hoping to complete it this way so I can do a Top 10 based on the Movement %

thanks in advance
Gavin

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
You can select a value in the fields, right click and tell it to "show value as" if you scroll down there should be an option for "Difference from". You can then select which values you will calculate that value from.

thanks for this @RustEE2020, but I am a bit stuck as when I do this it shows the following

Base field is the Label that the figures are raised against, but it doesn't let me do any calculations or select Monday - Current or Monday - 7

Any other suggestions?

Do you have some mock data that I can work with? Are you trying to compare a current value to the same value of the previous week?
