Hello all,

We have one pivot table where we are seeing a recurring issue - this does not happen with any other pivot tables on the tab.

I am trying to paste+special values on the pivot table so it removes the link to source data, and will then leave me with a graph.

This seems to work for any other pivot table+chart but this one has now been removing everything on the chart after the paste+special v

Any ideas why this would be happening with just this graph?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I was unaware one could do that. In my experience when you replace a pivot with values, the pivot chart looses his source data. Hence returns a blank canvas. However I just tried it and indeed the chart is still there.
However it has lost its "source" link: the data series are somehow replaced by a hardcoded array string.
Somehow I do not see the advantage of doing this.

Can't you simply use one of these setting? (uncheck them?)
