Pivot Table - column showing %

Good morning !

I'm trying to add % column to the pivot table below :

CityFruitTotalTrash% Trash
city_name1apple10033%
city_name2pineapple501020%

In this case, I dynamically built everything except the last column (not present in the data today) using a pivot table.
I would like to know if it would be possible to add only inn the pivot table, the last column showing the %, based on the numbers from the same line (total and trash).

Any help is welcome ! thanks !!

yes... but i would like to know if it's possible to do it thru the pivot table. The example above is a small portion about what needs to be done.

I am pretty sure you have misunderstood @SpillerBD's suggestion of a calculated field.
The calculated field is a Pivot Table calculated field PivotTable Analyze > Fields, Items & Sets > Calculated Field ..., see image below.
