Pivot Table Conditional Formatting using formula

Please can somebody help me? I have a pivot table, see example above and need use conditional formatting to show when the difference between weeks is <=-2000 go green or >2000 go red, so for example a2 would be red, and a4 would be green. Does anybody know? Obviously I need the conditional formatting to work every time I refresh the data too.

out of interest, if I had another pivot table, do you now how I would band the large increases, so that if there's a large chunk of increase it turns red, so for example, the numbers were:

14000
18000
22000
24000
22000
16000

It would turn these numbers

18000
22000
24000
22000

red
