Hi,

I have inserted a pivot table which pulls in all operatives hours for each month, is there a way (without doing a separate calculation) to display the percentage of hours worked against the number of hours available to work in each month.

I have used a formula outside of the pivot table (Networkdays) to calculate the number of hours available to work in a month.

Thanks,

Kyle
